water proof and oil proof salad paper bowl

Shanghai copak industry company focus on plastic and paper products. Since 2018 we built new factory for paper bowls. Our paper bowl can be supplied with a kraft paper bowl and white paper bowl, as well as silver and golden paper bowl. Various printing is supported.

 

Many French, Spanish and German customers buy our paper bowls for salads. Their salad contains some oil, vinegar and water. But because our paper bowls have PE coating, they are very good at waterproof and oil-proof. For this reason, our quality team randomly checks every day whether our products are qualified.

We have done related tests with only oil and water + oil, and our paper bowl can leak internally within 1 hour. The bottom of all our paper bowls are double-coated 18gPE. Of course, the side can also be double-layered or single-layer coated according to customer requirements.
